At least one (1) of the parties must be a current resident of Florida and have lived in Florida for at least
the six (6) months immediately prior to filing.

 

Filing Requirements:

 

There are no minor or dependent children born to this marriage, not does the wife has any minor or

dependent children born during the marriage.

 

The wife is not pregnant.

 

There are no marital assets or properties.
There are no marital liabilities.
Both parties waive alimony.
Both Parties are willing and able to sign the Petition at the Clerk’s Office.
Both Parties are willing to waive their right to trial and appeal.
Both Parties are willing and able to go to the final court hearing at the same time.

2) Dissolution of Marriage with no Dependent or Minor Children or Property - $199.00
Residency Requirement:
At least one (1) of the parties must be a current resident of Florida and have lived in Florida for at least
the six (6) months immediately prior to filing.
Filing Requirements:
Husband and Wife is filing for Dissolution of Marriage.

There are no minor or dependent children born to this marriage, not does the wife has any minor or
dependent children born during the marriage.
There are no marital assets or properties.
There are no marital liabilities.
Both parties waive alimony.
Both Parties are willing and able to sign the Petition at the Clerk’s Office.
Both Parties are willing to waive their right to trial and appeal.
Both Parties are willing and able to go to the final court hearing at the same time.

3) Dissolution of Marriage with Property but no Dependent or Minor Children - $250.00
Residency Requirement:
At least one (1) of the parties must be a current resident of Florida and have lived in Florida for at least
the six (6) months immediately prior to filing.
Filing Requirements:
Husband or Wife is filing for Dissolution of Marriage.
There are no minor or dependent children born to this marriage, not does the wife has any minor or
dependent children born during the marriage.
The wife is not Pregnant.
There are marital assets and liabilities.
Both parties waive alimony.
Both Parties are willing and able to sign the Petition at the Clerk’s Office.
Both Parties are willing to waive their right to trial and appeal.
Both Parties are willing and able to go to the final court hearing at the same time

4) Dissolution of Marriage with Dependent or Minor children - $300.00
Residency Requirement:
At least one (1) of the parties must be a current resident of Florida and have lived in Florida for at least
the six (6) months immediately prior to filing.

Filing Requirements:
Husband or Wife files for Dissolution of Marriage.
There are minor, dependent and adult children, and either one or both parties is pregnant.
There is a dependent or minor child from the marriage.
